Juventus’ last-gasp goal saw Lazio defeat Croatia 3-2 at the Stadio San Paolo on Wednesday night.
The Bianconeri, who had gone unbeaten in Serie A play in the last three months, were unable to get on the board when Lazio goalkeeper Mario Raul was shown a straight red card for a foul on Piotr Zielinski in the 83rd minute.
However, it was Juventus who had the first chance when striker Marco Luzzi headed home a cross from Zielinksi.
Zielinki was the only Juventus player to receive a booking, while Juventus goalkeeper Antonio Candreva was also sent off for a handball.
Juventus captain Andrea Barzagli made two changes to the side that had conceded just once all season and goalkeeper Sergio Lippi made his return after missing the last four matches with an ankle injury.
Mario Mandzukic came into the side for Giorgio Chiellini after returning from a one-match suspension, while the returning Matteo Darmian came in for Zielinkingi.
Raul’s dismissal was his third this season, and his second red card of the campaign.
Lazio lead the all-time Serie A goalscoring charts with 15 goals.
